Ms. Sabrina Bitmayl definitely has embraced the “Whole New Mind” philosophy of fully exercising her left brain and most recently her right brain. 

 As an Orange County native Sabrina attended Santa Margarita HS and then joined the United States Navy where she served 6 years.  After completing her Navy tour Sabrina was offered a job at Northrop Grumman in the Engineering Department supporting Data Link Communications for military aircraft.  After 4 years with Northrop Grumman Sabrina was offered a position with SAIC working as a contractor for the Government working on the Navy Marine Corp Internet Program Liaison and then as a Program Manager for the Navy’s Command and Control Center integrations after completing her programs, Sabrina accepted a position with Crane Aerospace as the Business Segment Leader responsible for the Business Jet, General Aviation and Interior Market segments. 

 Sabrina has demonstrated competency in leadership, fostering teamwork, building consensus decisions, and accomplishing organizational objectives within the DOD and leading Engineering and Aerospace Companies, where she has increased companies Operating Profits over 12% and negotiated and managed over $300 Million dollars in one year. She is extremely detail oriented with the ability to rapidly establish a critical path and identify potential problem situations for early-on cost effective solutions.  Her positive attitude combined with experience, confirmed strategic planning, implementation, strong internal and external communication skills, provide her with the ability to find the best approach to create an environment of responsibility, authority and accountability with a high level of commitment to the organization’s goals and vision complemented by a personal drive to attain and exceed the established criteria. 

After 14 years of corporate experience, Sabrina decided to take a short break from the corporate world and spend time with her son’s Dmitri and Darius and pursue her passion for fashion.  During her corporate travels throughout the world Sabrina was exposed to extraordinary fashion trends pecking her love and interest.  With her believe that an individual could have anything they want if they dress for it, she decided to follow her belief and love for fashion, and she opened the trendiest couture boutique in Orange County, Glitter Girl Boutique bringing to Orange County Fahionista’s confidence through fashion.  Within two years Sabrina built a nationally recognized boutique that has been featured on Orange County Housewives, Project Runway and Fox News 11.  Glitter Girl is currently expanding with 2 locations so far, one in Clinton New York, owned by Victoria Wilding and the other in Irvine, CA, owned by Christine Koedel.  In addition, Sabrina has partnered with Vicki Gunvalson, from OC Housewives and Michael Costello, clothing designer to develop a denim line called the Vicki Lynn.  The Vicki Lynn can be found in boutiques throughout the US, negotiations are in progress with Bloomingdales and QVC.

Her dynamic skill sets and vibrant personality made her desirable to the world of academia, where by the age of 30, Sabrina became a Graduate Professor for Keller University, facilitating courses in Contracts, Marketing, and Leadership in the 21^st Century.  By the young age of 32, Sabrina became a Sr. Professor and has been ranked as one of the top Professors with the University.

 Sabrina holds a Masters of Science in Global Leadership from The University of San Diego, School of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology.  She is certified as an Acquisition Professional in Acquisition Management and Earned Value Management, from the Defense Acquisition University. Her professional memberships include the Program Management Institute and the Rancho Santa Margarita Chamber of Commerce. 

 Sabrina is a very proud mother of two sons, D’mitri, age 11 and Darius, age 9.  Sabrina is dedicated to her personal fitness; loves fashion and enjoys exploring all the many adventures that life has to offer. Her spare time is dedicated to mentoring and empowering youth through her non-profit foundation and various programs in her community.
